Cruzamento Unlabeled by coyotemax Cruzamento Unlabeled by coyotemax
This version of Cruzamento is by special request - the only difference is that this version is unlabeled for use as a player handout.

This version is meant to accompany the labeled version, not replace it. If you have a use for it in this form, great!

A comment that it has been used would be cool, but not required (I just like knowing my maps are finding use out there). As with the other Cruzamento maps, this one is CC licensed.

The fullview is 3300 wide (and high quality jpg, 8megs)

A truly fantastic map, I first saw it over at the cartographersguild website - I really can't say enough good things about your creation.

I would be very interested in using it in a game I am running for the city one of my players is from, the only issue is that the city has already been named, I hope you don't find this request offensive - but would I be able to buy a copy of this map from you with a different name on the bottom right?

Dang man great map. How long did it take you to do this?

I don't recall exactly, a week or two maybe?
checking back on dates.. I started August 7 on the first incarnation (this is the town map from 50 years after the first one). The second map (this one but labelled) used the same base, but I redid the buildings.. that one was finished August 22.

So about 2 weeks, all said and told.. though it would be more accurate to say 1 week since the base was already done :)

One more thing, did you hand draw all the buildings or do you make different brushes for all of them?

i set up a bunch of them as textured squares/rectangles at various sizes with the thatching etc, then multiplied those layers endlessly and placed each house individually :)

how did you make this, I'm a dungeon master for a group of friends and was looking for a little something extra to give them and I thought I would start letting them collect maps so they could more easily navigate my world and set out in their own direction instead of waiting for the npcs to direct them. so far my maps look like shit since im trying to hand draw them, so was wondering if this pic was donbe with a comp program and what it is if it was.

All photoshop (cs3, but none of the techniques I used require features beyond 7)

The best place to go would be :) Excellent place to get feedback as you work, and a whole heap of tutorials to get you moving!
